We are seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical research study evaluating a new medication for Major Depressive Disorder. Participants will receive comprehensive medical evaluations, study-related care, and compensation for their time and participation.

To qualify you must be:

o 18 to 74 years old

o  Experienced their first major depressive episodes prior to 50 years
of age

o  Has a BMI ≤40 kg/m2
