This study will assess the efficacy of a new study medication for Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism.
Qualifications:
- 18-49 years of age
- Fasting morning (before 10 AM) serum total testosterone concentration <300 ng/dL on two occasions, of which one sample must be at screening and the other sample must be at or within 24 months prior to screening.
