We are actively enrolling patients into this exciting study evaluating a new medication to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. You may be eligible to enroll in the trial if you meet the following criteria:

• Have Type 2 Diabetes and overweight/obese with a BMI of 25 or greater
• Have an A1C > 7%
• Have risk factors for heart disease or strokes
• Meet other inclusion/exclusion criteria

Eligible patients who enroll in the trial will receive free medication, free assessments of your diabetes and heart disease risk factors and reimbursement for your time.
