Help Us Explore Better Treatment for Manic Episodes in Bipolar I  

Bipolar I disorder is a lifelong episodic mood disorder characterized by both manic and depressive episodes, intermixed with symptom free periods. We are conducting a clinical research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for the treatment of manic episodes in individuals diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder. The goal is to find new treatment options that may help manage symptoms more effectively and improve quality of life.  

Eligible Participants Are:

  • 18 – 65 years of age
  • Diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder
  • 18 – 40 BMI
  • Able to stay overnight in our facility for multiple nights
  • Additional criteria may apply  

Eligible Participants May:

  • Receive compensation for study related time and travel
  • See a physician or medical staff for study related care at no cost
