Inclusion Criteria: Subjects will be entered into this study only if they meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Biological female subjects forty (40) to fifty-five (55) years old on the day of enrollment in the study.

2. Subject self-identifies as having an intact uterus and at least one functioning ovary.

3. Subject self-identifies as having at least one menstrual period every three (3) months, within the last year prior to enrollment.
