Shift Work Disorder with Excessive Sleepiness

Eligibility:

• Ages 18 - 65 years old
• Currently experiencing symptoms of Shift Work Disorder (SWD) such as excessive sleepiness and/or insomnia
• Night shift workers with the following schedule:
  • Works at least 5-night shifts per month, with at least shifts being consecutive each month
  • Night shifts must last at least 6 hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, but no longer than 12 hours

Pediatric ADHD Study

Treatment-Resistant Depression

Are you feeling down despite antidepressants?

Learn more about our research study for an investigational medicine for treatment-resistant depression. Treatment-resistant depression is defined as having experienced the failure of 2 or more antidepressant treatments within the current episode of depression. Modern research has shown that psychedelic medicines may help treat mental health conditions including Major Depressive Disorder.

You may qualify if:

• You are between the ages of 18 and 65
• You are diagnosed with MDD and are currently experiencing a depressive episode
• You have tried 2-5 antidepressant medications for their current depressive episode
• You do not have a diagnosis of PTSD, OCD, or a psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia

Are you living with Crohn’s Disease and looking for new treatment options? You may qualify to participate in a clinical study evaluating a new medication designed to reduce inflammation in the colon and help manage Crohn’s symptoms.

Eligibility:

• Confirmed diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease for at least 3 months
• History of a lack of response or intolerance to prior Crohn’s treatments (e.g., biologics, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids)

• Your child is between the ages of 6-17 years old.
• Your child has been experiencing migraines for at least 6 months.
• Your child has been experiencing between 1 and 14 migraine attacks per month.

Insomnia in Adolescents Aged 10-17

If your child is at least 10 and under the age of 18 and struggling with insomnia, this study could be for you. An experienced team of researchers is evaluating a medication called Daridorexant, already proven effective and safe in adults, to understand its potential benefits and safety in the younger population.

Eligibility:

• Your child is between 10 and 17 years old.
• Your child struggles with falling asleep and/or staying asleep.
• Chronic insomnia disorder (problems falling asleep, waking up multiple times during the night, early morning awakenings)
• Sleep disturbances have been present for at least 3 months.
• Sleep disturbances occur at least three nights per week.
• Your child does not take naps longer than 1 hour on 3 weekdays per week during the three months before prescreening.
• Sleep problems persist despite adequate time and opportunity for sleep.
• Sleep problems impact daily performance

Pediatric Migraine (Kaleidoscope)

Does your child experience the pain and disability of migraine?

To pre-qualify for this study, your child must:

• Be 12 to 17 years of age and have migraines
• Have 4 to 14 migraine attacks per month with moderate to severe headaches
• Be currently taking or have taken at least 1 oral medication (examples include ibuprofen, Tylenol®, aspirin, Excedrin®, or a prescription medication) for the treatment of a migraine attack.

Menstrual Migraine

Do you struggle with migraines during your menstrual cycle? We are looking for volunteers to participate in a research study with an investigational study drug.

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old
  
• You have at least 1 year of history of migraines in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles
  
• You are able and willing to adhere to trial requirements, including attending all trial visits and sessions and completing all trial evaluations

Ulcerative Colitis

You may qualify if:

• You are 18-75 years of age.
• You are diagnosed with moderate-to-severe UC.
• You experience an inadequate response to, loss of response to, or intolerance of at least 1 conventional or advanced UC therapy.
